Return & Refund Policy:
TheBatteryGuy.com’s policy is to provide our customers with superior customer service. All of our products carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us within 30 days (unless otherwise specified) and we will refund the full product price minus the shipping costs. Your refund will be issued within five business days of receipt of the product(s) and credited to the credit card used for the original purchase.
To return a product, you must e-mail us your request to [email protected], or call 818-714-0478 and ask for our RA Department. Please provide your name, phone number, order number and the reason for the return. We will then give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and complete instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. All items returned without a RA will be refused. There are no refunds for products returned after 30 days from purchase.
Warranty Policy:
Specific warranty information should be located in the Detailed Description tab. Warranty time periods range from 30 days up to 2 years depending on the product. TheBatteryGuy.com handles all warranty issues directly so there is no need to return your item to the manufacturer.
